OPEC expected that in this year oil production in non-OPEC countries will get increased Xinhua News Agency, Vienna, January 18 (Reporter Wang Tengfei) The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) released a report on the 18th and expected that oil production in non-OPEC countries will get increased this year.

The report pointed out that the oil production in some areas will grow due to the promotion which is the return of oil market and the rising price of oil, especially in North America crude oil growth will be more obvious. Non-OPEC oil output is expected to reach 58.94 million barrels a day, which is 1.15 million barrels more than that of the previous year.

The report said global oil production in last December edged up slightly to 97.49 million barrels a day, which is 400,000 barrels more than that in November. OPEC data show that under the influence of the joint reducing production both in OPEC and non-OPEC countries, oil stocks in developed countries glided for several months. Last November OECD oil stocks fell 16.6 million barrels to 29.3 million barrels.
